Crane lifecycle technology
One Record for Every Crane You Operate
Pari Solutions' technology layer gives engineering and maintenance teams one view of each crane, its condition, scheduled work, open actions and complete service history — built around EOT crane operation, not adapted from a generic maintenance tool.
What it is
Built Around the Crane, Not Adapted to It
This is not a general-purpose maintenance system with crane fields bolted on. Asset structure, inspection items and maintenance logic are built around how EOT cranes are actually specified, operated and maintained — capacity, duty class, hoist and travel mechanisms, brakes and safety devices.
For Engineering Teams
A single technical record per crane — specification, drawings, commissioning data and modification history in one place.
For Maintenance Teams
Preventive schedules, inspection checklists and breakdown logging built around daily maintenance work, not around IT convenience.
For Plant & Reliability Leaders
Downtime, compliance and repeat-fault visibility across every crane and plant under their responsibility.
Crane & component register
Every Crane, Recorded as a Structured Asset
Every crane and its major components — hoist, drives, brakes, wire rope, controls — are recorded as a structured asset, not a line in a spreadsheet. Each asset carries its capacity, duty class, installation date, and links to every inspection, PM visit, breakdown and document associated with it.
Preventive maintenance
Schedules Built Around Actual Duty, Not a Generic Interval
Preventive maintenance schedules are built around each crane's actual duty class and history, not a generic manufacturer interval applied uniformly. Scheduled tasks generate reminders, and completed work is logged against the asset automatically, so the next inspector can see what was done and when.
Inspection workflow
Digital Checklists Replace the Paper Clipboard
Findings are logged against the specific crane and component, with pass or fail status, notes and photos. Any failed item can be converted directly into a corrective action, so an inspection finding does not have to be re-typed into a separate system to be acted on.
Breakdown & corrective action
A Fault Is Not Resolved Until the Record Says So
Breakdowns are logged with symptom, component and downtime, and tracked through to a closed corrective action. Repeat faults on the same crane or component are visible at a glance, so a pattern is caught before it becomes the fourth callout instead of the first.
Also included
The Rest of the Record
Critical Spares
A register of critical spares held against each crane, so availability is known before a breakdown, not during one.
Documents & Certificates
Load test certificates, statutory inspection reports, drawings and vendor documentation stored against the relevant crane.
Multi-Plant Visibility
Multiple cranes and plants roll up into a single view without losing the detail available at plant level.
Reports
Downtime, PM compliance, inspection completion and repeat-fault reports at crane, plant or fleet level.
Mobile Usage
Inspections and PM checklists are designed to be completed from a phone or tablet on the crane structure or gantry.
Maintenance Reminders
Scheduled and overdue work is surfaced automatically, instead of relying on someone remembering the spreadsheet.
Roles & permissions
Access That Matches Responsibility
Plant engineers, maintenance technicians and management see the views relevant to their responsibility, without exposing the full record to everyone.
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Plant Engineer | Full access to their plant's cranes — asset records, PM, inspections, open actions. |
| Maintenance Technician | Task lists, checklists and breakdown logging for assigned cranes. |
| Reliability / Maintenance Manager | Cross-plant visibility, reports and corrective-action ownership. |
| Management / Leadership | Summary reports and downtime/reliability views across plants. |
Implementation
Getting the Fleet Onto the Platform
Discovery
Cranes, components and current records are reviewed.
Asset setup
The register is built and existing history migrated where available.
Workflow configuration
PM schedules and inspection checklists are configured to duty and standard.
Team onboarding
Roles are assigned and teams are trained on the relevant workflows.
Go-live
The platform becomes the system of record for covered cranes.
Ongoing support
Schedules and checklists are refined as operating experience builds.
