Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This policy is a working draft describing how the Pari Solutions website is built to handle enquiry data. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for compliance with applicable data protection law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) before the site is published, and updated with the registered business entity's exact legal name and grievance officer details.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Pari Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information submitted through www.parisolutions.in (the "Site"), including its enquiry, demonstration-request and resource-download forms.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is submitted directly through a form on this Site. Depending on which form is used, this may include:
- Contact details — full name, company, work email, phone number.
- Project details — location, requirement type, crane stage, and a short description of the requirement.
- Optional technical details — crane capacity, span, height of lift, duty class, industry and timeline, where provided.
- Submission metadata — the page the form was submitted from, and marketing campaign parameters (UTM values) if present in the link you followed.
We do not ask for financial, payment or government-identification information through any form on this Site, and none should be entered into any form field.
3. How We Use Your Information
Submitted information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a technical discussion or proposal, deliver a requested resource, or schedule a requested demonstration. We do not use form submissions for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Where Your Information Is Stored
Form submissions are transmitted through a server-side script hosted on this Site directly to a private Notion database used internally by Pari Solutions to manage enquiries ("leads"). Notion acts as our data processor for this purpose. We do not post your submission publicly, and the Notion integration credentials are never exposed to your browser.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
This Site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Where a link to this Site includes campaign parameters (such as utm_source), those values are held briefly in your browser's session storage so that, if you go on to submit a form, we can see which campaign led to the enquiry. This information is cleared when the browser tab is closed and is not shared with any third party.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a business record of the interaction, after which they may be archived or deleted.
7. Your Rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information from our records, subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
8. Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. The server-side script that processes submissions validates and sanitises input, applies rate limiting, and keeps the Notion integration secret outside the public web directory. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
